Program Manager for CalWORKs DV Program

​IMCES has an immediate opening for Program Manager Position of CalWORKS Domestic Violence Program.

The Qualified Candidate will have the following competencies and experiences:.  

  • Bachelors Degree or a Masters Degree in social service or other
    relevant area.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Computer skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Experience in contract compliance and monitoring toward successful service outcomes (including compliance with the requirement of planning, quality assurance, documentation, and invoicing).


If candidate is an attorney, they must be licensed and have at least one year of post-graduate experience in any of the following areas: Family Law, Domestic Violence, Immigration, or civil disputes, in addition to litigation and general practice experience, to serve low-income target population in our non-profit community clinic.
